Publications

These are just some of my publications. Most (apart from notes) have been published by leading commercial publishers, Legal Aid or legal services.

Current publications are available through this site.

Notes

Each set of notes includes everything I have in the subject, collected over the last 10 years: past assignments and take-home exams, with feedback and comments; flow-charts and “Kneecaps”- which are lists of “if they ask this, they’re looking for that”. They are definitely not a simple collection of one student’s unedited notes.

Many of these sets of notes are state specific, especially in criminal law.

These are more than just basic sets of notes – they are the best of what I have accumulated in each subject since I have been tutoring, and keeping only superior student work so that you have an idea of how to structure an assignment or take-home exam answer in the particular subject. Often, I work with students to make sure that the notes are as concise and helpful as possible. In most subjects you will get a few past assignments, or exams, or both, as well as past tutorial answers and of course, subject notes you can use. Where possible, I have worked with students to reduce these to under 20 pages. I will send you dropbox links manually- it might take a few hours.
