First cancellation 30% loss of fees, second cancellation 70% loss of fees,
without verification such as by medical certificate, jury service notice, fire brigade service certificate or copy death certificate. Students who cancel twice without verified excuses cannot be further accommodated. This keeps my time available to students who are organised.
